At Solena, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original condition.

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
